| Writing
for a video screen is very different from writing for a printed page. You
have to make your points clearly, but also very quickly. Start at the top. Make the main point of each screen in the headline. Your audience may not read anything else on the screen. One point at a time. Don't cover too much material at once. Try to stick to one major point per screen. Be brief. It's harder to read a video screen than a printed page. Use less than half as much text as you would use for a printed document. Chunk it up. Break the text up into short paragraphs, subheadings, and bulleted lists. Don't make your audience read long blocks of text. Keep it simple. Clear, straightforward language is best
