You can use multimedia for almost any project, big or small.
• A research project to show your teacher or a classmate
•A class exhibit for the library or computer lab
• A multimedia diary for yourself and a few friends
• A slide show for a speech you make in front of a large group
• A school yearbook for students, parents, and the local news media

Before you start, make sure you want to use multimedia at all. Ask yourself the following questions.

Will I save time by using multimedia? Decide whether your story could be told more quickly with images and sound than it could with just text.

Will multimedia help me make my message clear? Some ideas are easily explained using just text, but others need audio or visual resources to clarify them.

Will multimedia help the audience remember my message?

Decide whether your key points would be most clearly and economically emphasized by audiovisual materials.

If you're sure multimedia is the way to go, you're ready to start planning your presentation.
