Make an outline to identify the topic and major subtopics of your presentation.

Think about the topic and each subtopic as a separate screen in your presentation. If any subtopic isn't important enough to have a screen of its own, think about deleting it or combining it with another subtopic.

Rearrange the order of your subtopics until you're sure they're in the most logical sequence.

Create storyboards for   each screen in your   presentation.

A storyboard can help you decide how much text, graphics, or other media you need on a particular screen.

In most cases, the more you put on each screen, the harder it will be for your audience to understand your main point.
